밝은터(이하 "개발자")는 파일 암호화 보관함 앱 꼭꼭 보관함(이하 "앱")을 이용하는 분의 개인정보를 소중히 다루며, 이 방침으로 어떤 정보가 어떻게 처리되는지 알려 드립니다.
개발자는 이름, 이메일, 연락처 같은 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다. 앱에는 회원가입·로그인·서버·클라우드 동기화가 없습니다.
이용자가 보관함에 넣은 파일·사진·폴더와 그 이름은 이용자가 정한 비밀번호로 기기 안에서 암호화되어 기기 안에만 저장되며, 개발자나 다른 서버로 전송되지 않습니다. 비밀번호와 암호 키는 개발자에게 보내지지 않고 기기에도 평문으로 저장되지 않으므로, 비밀번호를 잊으면 개발자도 보관함을 열거나 복구할 수 없습니다.
파일은 이용자가 시스템 파일 선택기·사진 선택기로 직접 고른 것만 읽습니다(저장소 전체 접근 권한을 쓰지 않습니다). 안드로이드 자동 백업은 꺼져 있습니다. "백업 파일 만들기"는 암호화된 상태 그대로 이용자가 고른 위치에만 저장합니다. 지문·얼굴 잠금 해제를 켜면 안드로이드 키 저장소(Keystore)가 기기 안에서 처리하며, 생체 정보는 앱이나 개발자에게 전달되지 않습니다. "다른 앱으로 열기"를 고르면 해당 파일의 임시 복호화 사본이 이용자가 고른 앱에 전달되며, 그 앱의 처리는 그 앱의 방침을 따릅니다.
앱의 설정·안내 화면 하단에는 Google LLC가 제공하는 광고 서비스 Google AdMob 배너가 표시됩니다(보관함·사진 보기·비밀번호 화면에는 광고가 없습니다). AdMob은 광고를 보여 주고 효과를 측정하기 위해 다음 정보를 수집하고 처리할 수 있습니다.

유럽경제지역(EEA), 영국, 스위스 이용자에게는 처음 실행할 때 동의 화면(Google UMP)이 나타나며, 동의 여부는 앱의 설정 → 광고 개인정보 설정에서 언제든지 바꿀 수 있습니다. 기기의 설정 → Google → 광고에서 광고 ID를 재설정하거나 삭제할 수도 있습니다.
앱은 만 13세 미만 아동을 주 대상으로 하지 않으며, 개발자는 아동의 개인정보를 알면서 수집하지 않습니다.
보관함 데이터는 앱을 삭제하거나 "비밀번호를 잊으셨나요? → 보관함 지우고 새로 만들기"를 하면 기기에서 지워집니다. 개발자는 별도로 보관하는 개인정보가 없습니다.
이 방침이 바뀌면 이 페이지에 새 시행일과 함께 게시합니다.

Balgeunteo (밝은터) ("we") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information is handled when you use the file encryption vault app SnugVault (the "App").
We do not collect personal information such as your name, email or phone number. There is no sign-up, login, server or cloud sync.
Files, photos and folders you put in the vault, and their names, are encrypted on your device with the password you choose and are stored only on your device. They are never sent to us or any other server. Your password and encryption keys are never sent to us and are not stored in plain form on the device, so if you forget your password, nobody — including us — can open or recover the vault.
The App reads only the files you pick yourself in the system file picker or photo picker (it does not use all-files storage access). Android auto backup is turned off. "Create backup file" saves the vault, still encrypted, only to the location you choose. If you turn on fingerprint/face unlock, it is handled on the device by the Android Keystore; biometric data is never given to the App or to us. If you choose "Open in another app", a temporary decrypted copy of that file is handed to the app you pick, which handles it under its own policy.
The App shows a banner ad served by Google AdMob, a service of Google LLC, at the bottom of the Settings and guide screens only (never on the vault, photo viewer or password screens). To serve and measure ads, AdMob may collect and process:

Users in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland see a consent form (Google UMP) on first launch and can change their choice at any time under Settings → Ad privacy options in the App. You can also reset or delete your advertising ID in your device's Settings → Google → Ads.
The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Vault data is removed from your device when you uninstall the App or use "Forgot your password? → Erase vault and start over". We hold no personal data of our own.
If this policy changes, we will post the update on this page with a new effective date.
